Zoom Integration

Connect Zoom to Kintaba to make it easy to collaborate on incidents through a video call

Kintaba's Zoom integration allows you to create zoom meetings for instant video calls right inside your Kintaba incidents.

Add the Zoom Integration

To connect Kintaba to Zoom:

Log into Kintaba as an admin and then visit the integrations library and click the "Add Integration" button beneath the Zoom item.

Approve the Zoom Integration

Click "Authorize" to permit Kintaba to connect to your Zoom account.

Creating a Zoom Meeting within an Incident

Once connected, you can instantly create Zoom meetings within your incidents by clicking the CREATE ZOOM button.

Meeting length and permenance

The Zoom meeting will remain active so long as it is occupied or has a host present. When empty, the meeting may be ended depending on your specific Zoom account settings.

When a Zoom meeting ends, a note will be added to the activity log and a new meeting may be created.

Uninstalling the Zoom Integration

To remove the Zoom integration:

Log into Kintaba as an admin and then visit the integrations library and click the "Zoom" link under "Active Integrations".

Then click the "REMOVE INTEGRATION" button to remove the Zoom integration from your Kintaba instance.
